At Wood On Merit, transparency and honesty are central to everything we do. To support our independent testing and keep our content free to read, we participate in affiliate advertising programs.
Our Partnership with Amazon
Wood On Merit is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn a small commission from qualifying purchases.
What This Means For You
- No Extra Cost: When you click on a link on our site and make a purchase on Amazon, you pay the exact same price. The commission comes entirely out of Amazon’s margins, never out of your pocket.
- Integrity First: Brands cannot buy reviews, favorable rankings, or placement on our site. Every product is evaluated purely on its merit.
- Unbiased Recommendations: If a widely popular tool doesn’t perform well in our tests, we will tell you—even if it offers a higher commission rate. Our loyalty is to our readers, not profit margins.
A Note on Pricing
Because Amazon updates its pricing frequently, the prices listed on our site serve as general price bands to help you understand where a product sits in the market. The final price you pay will always be the one displayed on the Amazon product page at the time of checkout.
